During my time as a Knitwear & Sweater Design Intern at DKNY Jeans and Donna Karan Weekend, I supported the development of sweater collections across both categories from concept through production. My responsibilities included sketching and technical flats, line sheet and sample room management, yarn dip approvals, fittings, and detailed fit notes, as well as vendor communication to help ensure design intent and quality standards were maintained throughout the development process.
