8 look streetwear collection redefining the traditional notions of Americana (ie. red white and blue) to include and amplify the everchanging true foundations of Americana - Urban Culture, Art, and Individual Expression
The streetwear industry has emerged as a dynamic force within the landscape of fashion, characterized by its fusion of urban culture, art, and individual expression.
This concept provides an examination of the evolution and the growth of the streetwear industry, tracing its origins from subcultural movements to its current status as a global phenomenon, while concurrently redefining the traditional notion of Americana.
By contextualizing the growth of the streetwear industry within broader economic, cultural, and technological trends, this concept illustrates its resilience and adaptability in the face of changing consumer preferences and market dynamics, contributing to a redefined concept of Americana that embraces diversity, innovation, and inclusivity.
This project will be completed by August 2024, check back regularly for updates, additional progress, and more.
